Individual Psychotherapy
I offer individual psychotherapy in California in-person and through online sessions, providing a space where you can slow down, reflect, and begin moving in a direction that feels more authentic and grounded. I offer teletherapy to anyone who resides in the state of Kansas.
My goal is simple and heartfelt: To help you discover the best and most authentic version of yourself. Therapy isn’t about “fixing” you. It’s about understanding you, your patterns, your strengths, your pain, and your hopes, and working together toward meaningful personal growth.
I work with adults and teens (ages 15 and older) throughout California and Kansas who are ready to explore their inner world and create meaningful change. Individual psychotherapy may be a good fit for you if you are:

What Starting Therapy With Me Looks Like
The Initial Consultation
I offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation so we can briefly connect and see if we’re a good fit. This is a chance for you to ask questions and share what’s bringing you in.
The First Sessions
In our early sessions, I’ll take time to understand your history, current concerns, and goals. We’ll talk about what feels most pressing and what you hope will feel different in your life. There’s no rush. We move at a pace that feels safe and manageable.
Ongoing Work
As we continue, therapy becomes a collaborative exploration. We might identify patterns that keep you feeling stuck, develop coping strategies for anxiety, stress, or emotional overwhelm, process traumatic experiences in a supportive way, and clarify your values and long-term goals.
Because you have the option to attend sessions online, you can attend from the privacy of your home anywhere in California or Kansas.
