Frequently Asked Questions

  • If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply curious about understanding yourself more deeply, therapy may be beneficial. You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting. We can explore your goals together.

  • Having a life altering surgery can be both exciting and scary for a lot of people. Sometimes, medical providers will require a pre-surgical psychological evaluation to assess whether you are emotionally ready for this step, your expectations, and post-operative care plans. The purpose of completing these evaluations is to help set you up for success and decrease any post-op complications after the procedure.
